It part of my bad memory that I couldn't remember certain formula or how to do thing after for a period of time. I am writing this in order to share knowledge and also to help me to remember it.
The purpose in doing this is to search for registry key, value or when you want to make changes into the system of how program works.
This is how you can open the "Local Group Policy Editor" in Windows 7 with Administrator permission:
1- Look at your keyboard then press the Windows + R to run the dialog box. Then you can type gpedit.msc then press Enter key.
2- In case you see any prompt please click on "YES". Normally, you don't see it unless certain rule were applied.
3- You can now set the value or making changes.
Warning: But please note that if you don't have anything to do with it, please don't play with it at all.
