The problem occurred due to missing file component in windows installation that blocked you from accessing the folder on FTP using Transport Layer Security (TLS).
If you have problem like the case that I just had recently, try the following suggestion on FileZilla.
Open the Site Manager
- In the host name: fill in your host ip address or host website for FTP
- Protocol: choose FTP- File Transfer Protocol
- Encryption: Only use plain FTP (insecure)
- User: fill in your user name
- Passwords: type in your password
- Account: type anything in case requested. If not can leave it blank.
After completing the above information, please try to login to your FTP server again. Congratulation!
